  • 1 lemon for zesting
  • Olive oil or melted butter


  • Place your pack of Newport Chowder Company spices into a bowl and mix well.
  • Drizzle olive oil or melted butter over your seafood of choice.
  • Add lemon zest to taste.
  • Sprinkle secret spices over seafood to taste.
  • Cook or grill & enjoy!
